proportioning valve question

I have a 54 chevy with rotors in the front and drums in the rear,I am using a mustang 15/16 master cylinder under the floor and I am using a GM proportioning valve I have the 10 pound check valve for the rear brakes all set It's the front that i am a little confused about, i saw about 4 differnt ways to hook up the check valve in the front, one shows it being hooked up in the line between the master cylinder and the propotioning valve, the next way shows using two after the propotioning valve because there are 2 outlets on the brakes on this propotioning valve, any help would be appreciated. thanks dave

If you have two outlets to the front brakes, then you must install two check valves on the front. Perhaps an easier method is to purchase a Willwood adjustable valve and locate it on the rear of the frame. Then just use the check valves front and rear.
