In my honest opinion, those items are a part of the car.
They should be included in any transaction the car goes through.
Leave 'em in the car, and adjust the price of the car if you wish.
Neither of those items will do much for bringing you very much in $$ returns by themselves, and the protect-o-plate was considered to be a permanent part of the ownership of the car.
