Don't envy me. It's been a lot of work! The building was vacant for 20 years. When I bought it there was no power, heat, or water. The power and heat are almost finished but still need all new plumbing. Should be up and running at 90% by summer. For the winter it is mostly used for rebuilding low riders. Twelve cars and trucks in there now. Can fit upto 28 with no room to work. More pics to come. The only good part is that it will be the only full fledged Hot Rod shop in Northern Wisconsin.

Unhappy pvc pipe is a nono

hey everyone......do not...i repeat DO NOT use pvc pipe for compressed air.....pvc pipe becomes brittle as it is exposed to light, ect and will fail....I worked for a large pipe supplier and saw many photos......not pretty.....a better solution is to use copper....its easy to solder and work with........

ps I'm in the process of building my shop...44 x 30 to hold all of my projects......

later

-Solidaxel-
My Graphic Design Studio is being built upstairs. 2000 sq foot. Then my penthouse will be up there as well. 4850 sq ft apartment, I cant wait.

The main floor is all shop. A one car showroom and an office are being added.

In the basement a small wood shop for the old man, parts storage, and (The Hang Out) a night club type meeting facility for the local car clubs.

I figure 4 1/2 more years of hard work and it should be close to complete.

I have been planing and designing this for over a year. The work has just started, and is going quite well.

Yes some very serious coin was put in and more will be in the next four years. The entire heating system will cost more than my house did lmao.

But this is the reason I have not been here all summer. Trying to build two show trucks and working on this building at the same time. Not to mention my old shop is 25 miles away.
