I guess I'll chime in...

http://hotrodders.com/gallery/showga...30&ppuser=4927

28' x 30', 40' to peak of roof, 1/2 has full 2nd floor. And oh yeah, we're building a '39 Studebaker Gasser.

humble abode

We just bought our, built in '31, English Tudor house back in Feb. '04 and the detached garage is a measly 18' square with heaved floor by a big &$$ elm tree and funky, roll-around-the-corner door (envision a typical panel overhead on its' side). Plans slated to add 20' to the south and make the addition a little wider than the 18'. I'll try to get a pic(s) up here some time soon.

this is a pic of my shop... well kind of mine... i rent the little corner where the tbird sits, and about 2 ft around each side, i get use of the aircompressor, shop tools, lights, the knowledge of the shop owners, and free beer on friday nights...

The shop is actually my dads and 2 of his friends, so i get a really good rental fee of $50/month. which i think pays for the beer, and maybe the compressor running once or twice, so i have nothing to complain about

*wow that is one big pic... sorry bout that *

Each time I looked at it I saw another plane. How many more is in there besides the three or is that it? And the small light on the end of the wing on the red and white plane...we make those at our shop.

there are 3 airplanes inside, a glider beside the tbird, on an orange travel trailer, and one airplane sitting outside.

I don't know much about the one that you make the parts for (the one with the tail letters C-GZNH), but it is a plane that was bought in the states (thats why theres an american flag) its supposed to be getting put in a magazine in the next month or two once my dad actually gets around to writing the article.. it is a kit plane that was built in Washington somewhere i believe. It was either the 1st or 2nd kit plane imported from the states after completion. (before last year you couldn't import kit planes if the fabric covering had been installed, because Transport Canada couldn't inspect the structure of the airplane). So far we've had to rebuild its fuel pump, replace 2 cylinders, install an ELT installed new exhaust pipes, and replace the generator, well let me rephrase that the shop mechanic Jim replaced all that stuff, I helped, by either passing tools, undoing a couple of bolts, or giving words of wisdom/sarcasm.
