PRW Shaft Rocker Arm-opinions

Hey guys,
I just picked up a Shaft mount rocker arm system on eBay for my Chevy 350. The listing was $350 for a set that was "mocked" up for a dyno and never used. It seemed like too good of a deal to pass up. Anyone used these before?

These are foreign made copies I've never used them but they are priced for where they are sourced even MSRP for these at 600 dollars is well under American branded parts which might also be made overseas and finish machined here a long list of companies doing that comes to mind. At $350 on Ebay I'd say this could be a score but I think the "mocked up for a dyno but never used" is like this Oriental Rug company in downtown Seattle that's been having a going out of business sale for the past 35 years.
