Public Enemy #1 Got Pulled Over Again

Around 11:30 the other night I got clocked going 76 in a 55. I was heading out to W.C. University to do what college students do on "thirsty Thursday." My friends were right behind me in an SRT-4, lucky sob's didn't get pulled though. We were rolling a little faster farther up the road but slowed down when getting around some slower cars. When my radar went off I couldn't see the cop for another 4 seconds. When the cop got up to the window I put it on thick. "it's the first time I've been pulled over" blah blah blah. He asked me where I was going, I told him I was on my way to my Aunt and Uncle's house to spend the night there. Then I would be close to my campus.--I don't even have class on fridays.

Long story short, cop comes back with a written warning.

I beat 4 points, court, and a heavy fine. How sweet it is.

I bet by now you got a whole wall full of written warnings in your bedroom.
The trick is to not let them catch you, DONT GIVE IN TO THE MAN!!!

They have a record of when you get pulled over, whether you get a ticket or not. A verbal warning will even be in your file.

This is ONLY if they have pulled you over themselves personally, OR they run your license plate or driver license numbers.

You might be surprised at what they can tell you from running your DL # through the NCIC. Even guys late on their child support payments will find out at this point.

Around here they used to put a small mark on your registration in a certain place and they knew just where to look for it. They could then check and find out where and when and what for. 1 ticket, 2 written warnings is walking time in Mass.

Only written warnings are put on record here, I know that because I asked. And this was my first written warning. My out of state Delaware ticket was dropped after a probation period and never made it to my record. Once I was pulled over out of suspicion and was frisked, my car was searched. One other time I was pulled over and given a undocumented verbal warning.
