Pulled my motor down, pistons say H-60-A, what are they?

Hey guys, just wondering what pistons I have in my motor. They say H-60-A on the back, I believe they are Aries. What compression ration would I be looking at with my set of 781 118cc oval port heads? Thanks for the help pepes! Mike

The H-60-A is just a forging identifier, it is likely Arias, like all piston makers, makes several different pistons from this same forging blank depending on how the dome size is cut, valve relief size, ring groove package, etc. It will be impossible to identify by just that #.
Arias will be able to tell you what it is if you completely measure all(or just several) features of the piston dimensionally and call them. |
