Post pulleys does it give horse power or torque

I put MARCH pulleys on my engine trying to add more power and torque but. I cant tell the difference ,And the cam Is not hitting right the timming is of to what can I do.

Underdrive pulleys are not going to give you any real noticable difference you can feel, as far as the timing, time the car with a timing light or just play with it by advancing or retard it a little and take it for a ride if no improvement just keep adjusting it until you hit the sweet spot.. <img src="graemlins/mwink.gif" border="0" alt="[mwink]" />

underdrive pulleys CAN give you hp and torque, but its mostly upper rpm. You're not going to feel anymore throttle response or low end torque, instead, maybe 5-10hp at 5500rpm
