need help making pump gas 383sbc

Hey guys I want to make a streetable 383 that makes 350hp and can run off pump gas. Pps add in cost of total cost of combo if possible I do understand beggers cant be choosers. Throw em at me and keep in mind I have to be able to run on Texas pump gas. Feel free to call me a joke if ur like to lol

You don't need 383 cubic inches to make 350 hp. A warmed-over 350 will do it easily. State your intentions for the motor and tell us what you have to start with as far as parts.
