pump gear lube
I have a th350 that the case broke in and I transferring my old into the new. Everything was less than 10,000mi and it worked grate before. Do I need to take the bump halves apart and grease the gears?

Yes and I suggest using pudding. I prefer chocolate myself. Although vanilla will work, in a pinch...........
Well, you are tomthecomic, so I thought you may get a kick out of that response. I would not take the pump apart to lube the gears, but instead make sure the gears turn freely, then if you want, dump some trans fluid on them via the seal area. |
