The small amount that's removed from the tip of the valve won't hurt anything. It more or less offsets the valve seat in the head being a bit deeper and the valve's seat a bit thinner when the valve job was done. So the overall difference equals out. More or less.
I see you have exhaust valve rotators on the heads. Shouldn't be a problem with the springs the cam you have calls for.
