No worries. The "exhaust rotators" are the special valve spring retainers used to make the valves not wear as rapidly when using unleaded petrol.
In engines that will see high rpm these rotators are removed and replaced with retainers like are on the intake valves. But with your cam, you don't need to worry about this.
Are the springs stock? Not to bring up something else to worry about, but it is always better to replace the stock springs with new springs recommended for the cam you're using. I apologize if this has already been covered.
