If the seats were cut high the valves would set closer to the pistons making the valve stems shorter above the head and if the valve stem tips were dressed that would make them shorter by more! If you had valve springs installed to match the cam why did he install the rotators? Check your spring hight with the rotators installed are all the springs at the same height with valves closed? Rotators decrease the spring hight call the cam techs and see if you should run rotators with that cam! I would remove them! And set spring hight! I thought you bought a spring kit?
