Put a straight edge across the tops of all the valve stem tips all 8 on each head are they all touching the straight edge or are they staggered?Like in the pic? some touching some not! send a pic!

It should be fine, The wear print looks good, if the tool is that close on all the valve tips,The lifters rotate in their bores as you break in the cam everything will settle in and be fine,make sure you prime the engine as you turn the crank slowly till you see oil at the rockers!
