If they are close it will be ok all the same hight is best, but if the gaps are wide you may have to run different push rods on individual cylinders or have your high valve stems dressed down! you might also run lash caps on a few valve stems!
I really don't think you'll have a problem running those push rods by the pictures you posted but I would like to see your pics with a straight edge first!
