Wezz: I'm soon to be 67 Not quite as old as some old farts on here but I'm catching em fast LOL look in the right hand corner of everyone's post and you will see their age and location!

Most don't fill out their profile and we cant tell, It would sure help if they did!!!! With knowing age ,location. we would have a much better Idea if they spoke English and what their elevation was when giving engine advice; age would let us know if it was a teenager or an adult we are trying to give advice to.

And Ill send you a dollar! You want a silver dollar or paper? I'll even Sign it for you if its paper LOL

That would be about right for the difference between the pushrods. Add 0.591" to the ~7.2" roller p-rod = 7.791", or about 7.8" which is the length (about) of a stock flat tappet p-rod.

My post wasn't meant to be a recommendation, it was merely an observation.

Yes, but I already bought the priority mail packaging for the tool!

You can't get the 7.8 push rods now? Try a G.M. dealer in Europe or England, Or a machine shop. Try Opel parts department, ETC.

Belgium: Antwerp (GM factory),Poland: Gliwice (GM factory),Spain: Zaragoza (GM factory),Germany: Bochum, Eisenach, Kaiserslautern and Rüsselsheim (Opel factories) Call these and ask if parts are available near you! Or if you can order from them>
