The Lucas additive tech sheet states that you add 1 bottle for break in and for every oil change after that and it treats 4.5 qts. or 4258.59 ML to 5,000 ppm Zddp!

I don't know that oil Wezz "10w40 semy sentetic" and you said it was a mineral oil? I don't know I don't use synthetic or mineral oils except in rotary engines where it is recommended! I wouldn't use it in your engine! But I'm no expert on oils Maybe Vinnie or Cobalt , 1Gary, Fbird, techinspector etc can chime in on that and give you a definite answer!! I wouldn't guess on something that important !!!

Its 4:04 am LOL I have to get up in 3 HRs GNite Wezz

Never use any kind of synthetic for flat tappet cam break-in.That decision would be one you would regret.

We believe guys can and do over prime engines. It is a tip we picked up in the trades publications yrs ago. That in using a 1/2 drill motor you prime so the drill slows down twice.Once to fill the oil pump and once to fill the oil passages then stop.It helps in not washing out the all assembly lube.

Add the whole bottle of Lucas unless the oil you use has a high Zddp level already!
1gary is right and I agree , in my opinion, I would drain it out and change the filter, add good oil and the whole bottle of the Lucas mix it first seeing as you already primed and filled the oil pump and galleys with the synthetic!

Myself and 1gary may be incorrect on our assumptions about synthetics but we have our own views!

Wezz Motor cycle oils like used in Harley Davisons or BMWs have high zddp levels! see what the motorcycle guys are using!

Sufficient ZDDP in new or fresh flat tappet cam and lifter engines is absolutely CRITICAL!!

Wezz I talked to my nephew in Belgium, can you get Cen-pe-co Super Racing Oil where your at? it has 2400 parts per million zinc and 2200 ppm phosphate it would work fine for the half hour break in of the engine. and to run after Break in!

I talked to a classic MGB owner here , he uses Comma Premium oil or Comma Classic the Comma Premium is better for its extra ZDDP. can you get that there?

I know our language barrier is confusing to you (and it is aggravating LOL) There is a hot rod club in Holland They have a web site contact them!!! They will probably help you a lot!!!!
