putting rims on a 1970 impala, backspacing and offset question?

my friend has 20 and 22 inch rims in is garage just laying around. they were on a 2007 charger, the lug pattern is 5x115, i have a 1970 impala with front disc brakes my lug patern is 5x4.75 (or 5x120.65). i found adapters online for the lug pattern but it is also a spacer, will this affect the ride, offset, or backspacing? idk? what size do i need to get to make this work? can this work? someone help me?

The Impala used 0 Offset. The newer cars have lots of Positive Offset, so you would need thick spacers for them to fit without rubbing inside, Frame, Tierods etc..
