PVC sheets moving with temp chenges??

After working on my 53 chevy truck for about 4 years, I am moving into the interior. I have done several chairs and sofas, some boat seats but never tackled a complete interior. I feel like I have been reading everything I can on doing interiors, even bought Don Taylors book.
Here is my question, I plan to use PVC sheets to do the inner panels. My local supplier was talking about how much it moves with changes with temp.
We all know cars get both hot and cold, will this be a problem with leather covered PVC sheets.
Thanks for any and all help.
Steve

Solid PVC or foamed PVC? I have never heard or seen this happen with foamed PVC.
