Q-jet primary jet number ???
please tell me the oem or a good rule of thumb start up number for the primary jets in a q-jet for a stock chevy 350 engine for my C30 dually pickup, it has an off idle hesitation and I messed the jets now I don't remember wich ones were the originals.

A reasonable 'rule of thumb' is to use a jet that's about .030" larger than the metering rod. For a 42 rod use a 72 jet, etc. This will get you in the ballpark. Here's a page that lists some sizes:
