QA-1 shock adjustment

We have these QA-1 12 way adjustable shocks on the back of my son's 32 roadster. How do you adjust that 12 way thingie? The little knob moves back
and forth but doen't click or seem to do much of anything. thanks Phil

The QA1's adjust soft (counter clockwise) to firm (clockwise).

I just put a set all the way around on my ProStreet Marauder.

I got a better ride than factory!
