QFT float level

I have a new SL-750 QFT carb. It came with clear float bowl plugs. The float levels were set at the middle of the plugs. My question is: with Holley carbs with the old plugs, you would set the float level so that you got a very slight dribble of fuel out of the hole, (at the bottom of the hole). Should this carb have the float level set on the middle of the sight plug or at the bottom?

Quick Fuel says half way up, engine idle, 6.5 to 7 psi.

Halfway down the page:

Thanks C-10. I had read that before but apparently missed that piece of information. Old timer's disease I guess. Thanks, Jim
