I think that I would design an build my own, I would think that the fuel return line would be a good place to start to supply your flame thrower, but always remeber to make a plan and check it several times before you cut anything

i thought you couldn't do a flamethrower on a FI engine because of the cat?

Doc here, :pimp:

My question is why??

Unless your doing exhibitions..I see no point in scorching your paint, possible fire and explosions..as well as injury up to homicide..(and they will charge you with it..if it happens!)

About the only way you are going to do it is with a Bottle fed gas into a Self excited spark generator into a spark plug..anything else is not going to work..you won't pump fuel without fire..the injectors will shut down without reference pulse from the dizzy..the cat won't allow it OR worse Collect it...(KA~BOOM)...

Plus you can get into serious trouble with the law depending on where you live..(possession of a destructive devise..a Felony and state pen time..like having a pipe bomb..)

But it's your call..

Doc :pimp:

Doc :pimp:

I agree with Doc here.
As an old-time rodder I still like to see flame throwers, but only at exhibitions,

As a retired policeman, I still agree with Doc......you get caught using them on the street and you can be in more trouble than you can even imagine :nono: :nono:
