I'm not real sure what you're saying, but one thing you can do that will not cost any more than a thermostat gasket, is to remove the thermostat housing and make certain that the thermostat is not installed backward. It's easy to install it wrong, I've done it myself. The little "pill" or copper heat-sensing element must be toward the motor, down inside the manifold.

It is down i placet myselve . I was deep thinking about my problem and i think there must be pressure in the system. Becouse the waterpump is pumping . The reason why the. Pressure is ghone while i open the. Radarorcap is i think becoux there is. Going. Coolant in the. Expansion tank.. So there is a little les of coolant in the system so less pressure. .. Is that. Right?

What is the relief pressure of your radiator cap? Are you saying that you are opening the cap while the engine is still at operating temperature and relieving pressure? Do you then re-install the cap and drive or are you driving with the cap off or loose?

What kind of engine is this? Is it possible you have a reverse rotation water pump?

Need lots more information but we can figure this out!

Wezz, your english is a little hard to understand, but it's still way better then my Dutch!!

you get the correct water pump.. v belts turn one way, serp belt pump turns the other.. wrong pump will pump a tiny bit. but not enough
