Curb feelers, compasses and that kind of stuff were on the old mans car, not the kids car. Dual antennas, Apperson's, and continental kits were on the customs as well as dice or 8 ball door locks. I don't remember a ton of swamp coolers but they were around again on dad's car. And yes the old man would hang the canvas water bag on the front of the car. Brody or spinner knobs might be on either customs or performance cars. Never saw a lot of fuzzy dice but a few. Eightball shifter balls, yes. Lots of Cal Custom or Pep Boys chrome. Duel side mirrors more towards the 60's. Under dash air, swamp or refrigerated, the old mans car. Raised letters on the rears, blacks on the front. Ahhoooo Gaa or Wolf Whistles a few, Bermuda Bells never. The old man's car might have a static strap hanging from the frame. Tuck and Roll, If you got it done down in Mexico, you had to watch em' or they would stuff your seats with horse sh**!
