a question on paint???

hi guys, i have a gallon of acrylic enamel with hardener and reducer. it is gloss black. does anybody make a flattening agent or addative to tone down the gloss a little??? i'm not talking about making gloss paint flat, i just want to go from 100% gloss to like 80% gloss to provide some contrast for painting frame, suspension and driveline peices. thanks.

Any autobody paint shop will have some brand of Flattening Agent that you can add to the paint.

Although, many paint manufacturers already sell Chassis Black that is not as expensive and is already setup to a semi-gloss base.
