Online metals is where I pick up the flat bar to make trim and perforated stainless. I like the .625 stuff, Holes are around 1/16". Mcmaster carr carries the same stuff and more. I think they have mesh, regular perforated and honeycomb perforated, all would work just depends on what look you want.

Whatever one you choose make sure to glue speaker cloth to the backside of the panel. This will keep you from seeing the speakers behind the grille material.
