questions on HF blast cabinet

I am looking at a blast cabniet from Harbour Freight on sale for $199 but have a couple of questions.Can you re-use the sand or do you have to replace it ever so often?Is my IR sinsle stage 5HP 60 gallon air compressor enough?

Use the sand until it stops cutting well, then replace it. Personally, I use Aluminum Oxide in my HF sandblaster, not real expensive and does a great job. It's the same one you're looking at. That compressor should work, although you may have to take breaks once in a while while it repressurizes your tank. What is the CFM rating on your compressor @ 90 PSI? They are pretty decent units overall. I know people think it's cool to bash HF stuff, but that cabinet is a pretty good deal. I've got a lot of use out of mine.

My father-in-law has a HF cabinet he has used for years, and has done fine. His problem is he has a hole in one of the gloves and HF doesn't have replacements. Anybody know where he can get them?
