quick engine question

ok i have a quick question
will a 327 short block fit in a 1983 buick rivera
any comment will be helpfull thanks

it won't bolt up if that is what you mean,and the trans won't work but yeah, you could get it in there. that is a V8/RWD configuration right, I'm not farmiliar with a riv above the '73 Model year ( last year of the boat tails ). if ya wanna be cool find a 401 Nailhead with the 400 auto trans, they were used in riv's in the mid 60's

Not economically! Nor will a Nailhead. Your best bet is repair the present motor. 307 Olds??

If its has a Multi fit bell housing it would interchange better more info and some pictures would help
