Slow Tedius Answer

"aways" ..... does that mean one would have to turn the steering wheel several degrees before the front wheels turn?

How far does one have to turn the steering wheel when the engine is not running before the front wheels turn?

Has anyone looked at the steering shafts, joints, rod ends, and rack mounting?
