Be sure to not shift too late. Some guys will let the engine run out too far before shifting, and w/those 4.11's, shifts come quick, especially 1-2.

The short time isn't good, like everyone has pointed out. Lowering to the 1.7 range should be doable. If you figure 1.5 X the 60' time reduction from your present 1/4 time, you should be low 14's at least. 13's are within reach w/traction, by hitting the shift points, and a sharp tune on it.
