Hello all,
I want to replace the bias 4 ply tires on my 39 panel with radials.

It appears they are 3.5 inch whitewalls and tire size of 6.70-15.

Some friends recommended Coker Tire, but all they have is bia-ply in this size both Firestone and BF Goodrich.

Am I searching for something that doesn't exist??

That size no longer exists as new. Tire sizes were redone with the popularity of radials, metrics and different sidewall profiles.

You will have to measure your tires diameter and mounted sidewall width, then go out and match it with currently available tires.
