i have a 2001 pt i changed batt now the radio doesnt work is there a reset for it

May have blown a fuse....or 2.......Radios these days, with the station memory and clock etc usually have 2 fuses.

It most likely has a theft lock out. When the radio is removed or power is lost for any period of time it will lock out.
GM and Chrysler both have this feature. The owners manual tells you about this feature and how to unlock it. If this is the first time it has happened, there is a factory code for your specific vehicle based on your VIN # Call the local dealer they can assist you in unlocking it.
