I was there Fri and Sat. Had dinner fri night with Greg Anderson and his wife, his mom and dad, 3 friends, weather was no fun but we had a nice time. I actually went to Disneyland sat, first time for me, that was pretty cool. There were 5 that flew out from Minn. for the races, they went back though, they are truly bummed about the weather. Oh yea, went to Peterson museum, ultra cool, met John Mazmanian, got a pic of him and his car. Next weekend should be the make-up date, weather permitting. Dan

Greg's quiet, very laid back, his wife's a cutie, mom and dad are very nice also. He's got a 2 car team this year, Jason Line is also running with them. Both are hard workers, they're back in N.C. right now doing engine research. They've got 10 guys working, small compared to many teams. The Vegas Construction guy supposedly is one of the best sponsors a team could land. I heard from Greg's dad that he starts 500 homes a month, they're also talking to Harrah's. Pretty neat making a living doing what you love to do!! We had a nice time, considering the lack of racing. I'm going to try to make it to Las Vegas once this year for the drags. Now maybe one of you has an answer for me, we ate at a place in old town Pomona, I say it was called Heroes, Les says it's called P. Williams. Bags of peanuts, throw the shells on the floor, about 50 different types of beer, good food. Any help there? Dan
