Raising a Regal, What truck springs are compatible?

I wanna raise my car about 2-3 inches..

What do i need to do? Install Air shocks in the back, and what springs can i use? Ive heard some S10 suspension parts are compatible, if so what years and models?

What about spring spacers or blocks, are they safe? Can you recommend a type or brand?

Thanks.

What year of Regal are you talking about.?
If it is the 78-87 G-body, I have used rear coils from Malibu/Cutlass wagon of the same generation it will raise it a couple of inches without the hassle of air shocks. On the front I was able to find a front spring that were a little higher rate and had a taller installed height. It was many years ago when I did this to a Monte and I don't recall the exact specs for the front springs. I had a friend that owned a parts store (until the chains came to town, he sold out to CarQuest) and we spent some time going through the spring book he had to find the right ones.

I know that moog 5660 are popular with the g-body crowd to lessen roll and lower the front .5 to 1". I haven't read much on raising the vehicles, although I've seen some pretty big wheels under some of those cars.
Heres a couple links that may help you, may not too, but try it..
http://www.show-n-go.net/gfiles/g_spring.html
http://www.monte-list.nu/tech/springs.shtml
That stuff is geared a bit toward handling rather than raising but if you can get a Q in there they may be able to help.
Some s-10 stuff IS compatable(5660) but I'm not sure it would actually raise your ride.Stiffen it up yes, any truck springs will, and you may need to match shocks up with springs as well.
Good luck

Springs

You can buy heavy duty springs for towing a trailer. There was a set in my car when I bought it. I sold them and put in stock springs to lower it. I have 29 in tall x 11 in wide tires on the back. I would say your springs are bad and can probably just replace them.
