Random HP guesses please

It's late, I'm bored and am away at work not able to play with any of the toys so...

I'm curious to see how much hp my mild engine makes and what 1/4 time it would run. Yes, I know its a very heavy vehicle and a mild engine, but for what its worth, every time I stomp on the gas pedal from a stop, the thing will light up both tires and keep them spinning until 40 mph. Here's the truck-

'90 C1500 2WD Lowered
4500lbs estimated
TH400
12 Bolt rear posi 3.73 gears
Regular bland street tires (275 wide)

Engine-
454 fresh rebuild
Roller Cam .483 lift, .224 duration @ .050, 115 lobe center (GM #12551622)
9:1 compression

Intake Port Flows
CFM @ Lift
63 .100
121 .200
165 .300
198 .400
226 .500
242 .600

Exhaust port = 81.2cc
Intake ports = 233.2cc

Dual Edelbrock Carbs (progressive linked)
Dualplane intake
Long tube headers (forget what tube size)
No cats, fairly open mufflers

If it would run 14.5 seconds in the 1/4 mile I would be flat out amazed. You might be making 420 hp at best, 500 ft lbs torque.

those are small intake ports. what heads are those?

400hp/500ftlbs is my estimate if the port flow is correct.

They are Vortec L29 iron heads. Large peanut ports if you will.

The engine is the L29 not the heads.

the 7.4 vortec heads are 12560241.

the flow numbers you are using look like L29 small block head numbers.

I believe 4500 is a bit on the high side for a 2wd, I think that is about the weight of my 93 4x4,but then again its a small block.
