Rat Rod tilt steering box

Just wondering if anybody has used one of these off road tilt boxes for their rat rod? They are standard equipment in many of the better sand cars and off-road race trucks. I have been looking at them for awhile and they looks pretty cool for those tight cab entrys.

The shaft that goes thrugh the bushing (steering shaft) has the end for a quick disconnect wheel. this box just swivels the shaft up or down. They are made to bolt on or weld. Custom applications are available from what I here. They are also for off-road use only, what ever that means? I will get intouch with the distributor on monday and get the details.

Here is one place to get one. They even have a drawing up so you can see if it will fit before you order.

You can get them from many offroad or sand car shops. Many of the ones that I have seen get loose quite quickly. I have never handled the polyperformance one so it might be different. All their stuff I have seen is top notch.
