First we need to know the reason you want to do this to see if it is nessisary.
What do you plan on doing, a frame off restoration? Will the body be painted, chrome removed and replaced, windows removed?
I ask this because if that is what you are after, you sure as heck want to do it before you remove the body. I have pulled many bodys such as yours, ALL sheetmetal that bolts on is removed, doors, decklid, fenders, hood, etc. ALL glass is removed, basically EVERYTHING is removed from the body. The weight of all that stuff is likely equal or more than the body it's self!
If you don't plan on removing all those things at some point, why would you be pulling the body in the first place? Other than just to clean up or swap the frame, there would be no reason to pull the body. I personally don't see a reason to remove the body to do a frame if the rest of the car isn't going to be done to the same level, if it isn't I would just do the best I can with the frame with it under the car.
Fill us in on why you want to remove it and what are the plans.
