rear axle true or not

will heating a rear axle to remove axle bearing wrap axle,on a 61 Chevy, i have a vibration in rear, jack car up right wheel has some run out or whobble

Shouldn't warp axle. That occurs when you unevenly heat the tube somewhere between the gear carrier and bearing flange. As long as your heat is concentrated in the bearing flange, no problem.

heat was applied to axle and bearing out of housing to get bearing off of axle

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you didn't heat the tube itself and cmncentrated the heat @ the bearing boss.
