Rear brakes parts for my 66 Nova?

Anyone have any experience with a rear brake job on a 66 Nova? I am tearing into it this afternoon and know I am going to need parts. I would assume the drums will need turning, new pads, etc. The front drums were replaced with Wilwoods awhile back, would like to do the same on the rear but don't have the cash right now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The brake shoes and all hardware should be readily available for that vehicle. Even new drums should be available.

Just got back from Car X and Auto Zone! Car X turned the drivers side drum for $20.00 and Auto Zone had new pads and the hardware kits for both sides for under $30.00! Amazing, I'll be back on the road tomorrow evening with new rear brakes! It was the parking brake strut that came loose on the drivers side that started this mess! My son and I took off the passenger side drum so we could see what parts we might need, so now we'll put all new in both sides. He is going to reassemble the drivers side tomorrow while I'm at work, then we'll redo the passenger when I get home, top off the fluid, and test drive!
