I have a 70 chevelle malibu I'm doing a frame off restoration on it, I plan on using the car for street and strip I would like to know if anyone has put rear coilover suspension with a 9 inch ford rearend, on their chevelle or if this set up is a bad idea? opinions and any help is welcome

If your Chevelle has a 10 bolt rear end instead of a 12 bolt, the 9 inch Ford would be a good idea. There are companies who make bolt in 9 inch Fords to fit your Chevelle and retain the stock suspension (coils and shocks ect.)
If your Chevelle has a 12 bolt, the money could be used elsewhere. :p No refunds on answers you do not like .....!
