I would not worry about the current bolt pattern....If you want to convert to a rear disc brake set-up, then just switch. Wilwood makes a great rear disc set-up that includes the emergency parking brake, and you can run either the 5 on 4-1/2 Ford patteren or the 5 on 4-3/4 pattern for the chevy's. The kit is very inclusive and simply bolts in, regurad less of your axles pattern. You simply have to know the type of ends your Ford Housing has, there are currently three different type they can be. See the wilwood site for how to determine the correct housing ends you have.
