I would keep drums. Put rear disc on my 35 ford and definitely not worth the expense and hassle. Heck bought kit but had to design my own rear brackets. Doesn't stop that much better than drums. If buy rear brake disc kit buy one with complete kit including drum emergency brake incorporated in rotor. Caddy caliper with e brake hard to adjust and not work well.
