Rear end leaf springs 64 Malibu

My 64 Malibu SS has a rear leaf spring setup and the work was pretty shoddy. Is it worth returning it to coil and what do you think a rough guess of cost would be to do that?

Unless I am MISTAKEN ...
The 1964 Malibu's came from GM with coil spring rear suspension.
Did someone change yours and if so WHY ???

64 Malibu

Yeah that's how I bought it and then was told it was supposed to have coils all the way around. Several dollars later it has been replaced with coil rear end.

I bought a 66 GTO like that once. I figured the guy couldn't figure out how to get the car hooked up. Slapper bars are easy. LOL
