Rear End Lights On 57 Chevy Pickup

If I Have A 6 Wire External Turn Switch And A Six Wire O.e. Steering Column Can I Run The Rear Turn Signals To The Brake Lights On My Replacement Stop/turn/tail Lights? Or Do I Need Separate Turn Signal Lamps?

See attached schematics of a typical turn signal/stop/tail light arrangement.
The TS/stop lamp is controlled through the TS switch.
Separate wires are needed for the right and the left side lamps.
