rear end traction

Everytime I go around a corner at 20MPH and hit a bump or something else in the road, my rear end swings out. I am new to hottrodding, and would like to know what I would need to get to keep my rear end from swinging out when taking corners faster than normal. Is there a type of rear stabilizer bar I can put on the rear end?
