Post REAR END WIDTHS

I AM TRYING TO FIND A STOCK REAR END FOR MY COUPE TO AVOID HAVING TO GET A NARROWED UNIT. THE FACE OF DRUM TO FACE OF DRUM DIMENSIONS NEEDS TO BE FROM 50-1/2" TO 53". WILL BE RUNNING SMALL BLOCK CHEVY. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A STOCK UNIT THAT FITS THAT CATEGORY? I WAS WONDERING ABOUT MAYBE AN S10 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
THANKS

It would be helpful if you told us what kind of car you have....many of us might jump to the conclusion that you have a 37 Studebaker 3W Coupe or 49 Chevy Coupe! See what I mean?

The narrowest Ford you'll probably find is a '74 Maverick 8", it's 56.5.

The link below has some Ford links that may interest you.

I took a 7.5 out of an '87 S-10, it was 55" from drum to drum (wheel mounting surface).

I think he is measuring flange to flange, as IU have a 37 Ford Coupe that is about the same measurement. I also am looking for a rear end to use.

Flange? as in wheel mounting flange, wheel mounting surface, brake drum. OK to be more clear the S-10 rear measures 55" from where the rim touches the drum on one side to where the rim touches the drum on the other side.
