Red face Rear Exit Exhaust Manifold

I installed a 305 in a 55 chevy pickup and the exhaust manifold outlet is in the way of the steering linkage. Is there a manifold for a 305 that exits between the firewall and first sparkplug rather than between the 1rst and 2nd plug?

What about block huggers.I think Hedman makes a block hugger that curves way in tight to the engine.Check their site.
