Do a 110 in reverse

or motor
Get a crew cab frame , use the 2dr body and move the engine to the bed. It will look awful strange with the wheels behind the bed. Or, you cold extend the box to keep the wheels in the well but thats going to look strange to. Without the extra frame length, it won't fit unless you use a transaxle or a in-out box.

rear motor mudd bogger switch from front

my plan is to use a reverse turn cam & reverse turn starter
switch font axle with back axle. steering might be a problem

you have a lot more to consider than just engine rotation.Transmission and diff will be running on the backside. Automatics will not work backwards.. What you are proposing is not impossible, but not really feasible.
