Rear shock mount location...

Hi, on my 49 chevy 5w p/u i have a mid 70's 12 bolt rear from a donor truck. I want to use the shock mounts that are on it.
how (where) do I put the uppers in?

Not Real Sure What You Are Asking?
I Will Try
If You Are Using The Shock Mounts On The Rear Housing.
I Would Fab An Upper Bracket (double Shear (thats Just Me)
At About A 15 Degree Angle (out At The Bottom, In At The Top)
I Would Also Try And Make The Parallel (vertically) With The Rear End.
